- Derek Jones-

Whether you decide to get your site designed by me or not here are a few things you need to consider when trying to acquire customers and boost your profits:

Why should people do business with you?
What sets you apart from your competitors.  Can you get them out of bed at 5:17 a.m. during a snow storm in 3 degree weather?

What is your monthly income goal?
You need to have a number for the amount of money you want to make.  If you don't have a number you'll never get consistent much less increased sales.

How many packages do you offer?
You should offer multiple packages. You'll find customers buying at all levels of price points if you offer it to them.

What is your SLACK ADJUSTER?
A slack adjuster is a really high priced item you offer your customer that only 2 or 3 customers may buy in a month.  Starbucks sells their cappuccino machine in some of their coffe houses.  Not many people are going to buy that machine but some will.  It takes a lot of cups of coffee to sell to equal the sale of one of those machines, that's their slack adjuster.  You ought to have one as well.

What is the bias in your current customers?
You should know if a huge percentage of your customers fit into a particular category.  For example; are 65% of your customers accountants?  Are 57% of your customers are doctors who golf?
When you find biases in your customer base then you'll know more effectively how to spend our advertising dollars.

How do you follow up with your customers?
When was the last time you bought a pair of shoes from a shoe store and they called a week later asking how your shoes are fitting?  I'm sure rarely.  Imagine how much more loyal to that shoe store you'd be if they gave you a follow up call like that.  That's because no one does it.  That will help you stand out not only from your competitors but from all the other places your customers do business with.  You need to devise a follow up system to keep your customers coming back and in turn boosting those profits.

What bonuses do you offer?
Bonuses drive the sale! Many times you'll move a potential customer who's on the fence of doing business with you to actually doing business due to great bonuses you may offer.  I'll show you how to create and give away bonuses without breaking your company.

What is your guarantee?
You have to take the risk off your customer. Put the risk on you.  A strong and solid guarantee can also move people on the fence to come to your side and drop money into your wallet.  A good guarantee is bold and risky and captures the attention of your potential customers and draws them away from your competitors.

Every company, business, organization has something they can guarantee, I guarantee it.
